Send in a ticket...this happened to me 2 weeks ago and I JUST got in today.

 

A staff member tried getting their password sent to them and the email never arrived.

They recently got back on because TNT helped them. They still haven't got the email.

I wouldn't report. JN is run by people that update stuff manually, they might not know it's retired. The price could be pre-retired.
