Personally I haven't bought one yet but according to sunny neo Abby's key is glitched right now so no one can use it yet.

Hey, sorry about the earlier message on Neo...didn't recognize your user name, so I didn't realize you were already on here.
I have currently defeated the available enemies in the D2 series, and I'm not much of a battler, so if it worked for me it should work for you, so here is my set:
-Greater Healing Scroll
-Purple Sticky Hand
-Thief Dagger
-Scarab Ring
-Patched Magic Hat
-Golden Compass
-Downsize!
These items aren't too expensive and there are really even cheaper items that are pretty much just as good. Here are some other helpful links:

Is anyone else having trouble activating their room raid key?
Mine won't activate, it just loads for forever and then eventually says "Oops!"

Apparently Luxinn was featured as a notable neopet and I missed her! Did anyone happen to catch a screen shot?
Or perhaps know of a petpage that logs them? I know there are a bunch of people who do that, but I can't find one.

Oh boy! So many new pets to customize for. I'll get right on them, but I do want to remind people, please try to limit yourself to one pet at a time. I try to do as many of them as I can, but I want to help out as many people as possible, so I can't get bogged down doing a bunch of requests for just one person. Thanks!
Poofydragon Remix
So for a more casual outfit there are really a whole host of options. The first one I picked was because of color coordination and price.
The second one is the berry apron with the 404 shirt; a clean feminine look, and with the raspberry patch background it tells a cute little story.
The main thing is that you need to purchase the hardy blue trousers. In fact that is my go to tip for anyone looking to customize with Neopoints.
Hardy blue trousers look good on just about every pet, are versatile, and cheap. Now as far as tops are concerned here are my suggestions:
Bright Striped Spring Shirt, Snazzy Bowling Shirt, Striped Dueling Shirt, Snowflake Shirt, Dapper Yellow Shirt & Jacket, or Hannah's Red Under Shirt.
Additional tips are that scarfs help snazzy up the cheaper shirts and make them look more unique, and there are number of well priced ones.

WHOOHOO! Oh man I had the feeling this Wraith would be a new colour realesed someday, with last years plot...
Now that we know about it, it seems like an obvious choice, but I did not see this one coming at all!

So, the first outfit is the more realistic one price wise. Regardless how you end up customizing Spirkle_Bog_4,
I think you should invest in the hardy blue trousers; unlike most trousers they actually fit the Jetsam well.
The second outfit is something to dream about. It's a combination of two Jetsam specific outfits and a couple of background/foreground items.
Now, I know said you had NP's, but these are pretty much un-buyable. Still if you can get your hands on them, they are incredibly awesome.

Maraquan. Hands down.
I have a Maraquan Lupe on a side account that was gifted to me by a neofriend.
Maraquan pets aren't the easiest to customize, but the Lupe looks like a SEAL!
It's just too cute. Definitely my favorite. After that I think the spotted Lupe is pretty nice.

Phew, Kois are always such a challenge, but since you have a pretty large NC collection I tried to stick with what you had on hand.
The only thing I used that you don't have is the background, but lots of people have that up for trade, so it shouldn't be too hard to get.
Also if there were some black shoes you could afford to pick up I would add those on as well. The orange poking out from under the dress looks odd.
If you can manage to get a hold of the Flower Ink Frame, then I would switch her over to the Starry Red or Rose Garden background.
It's really expensive though, pretty much un-buyable, so you would probably have to stalk the gift shop in order to get a hold of one.

Well you asked for affordable and pretty, so three cheap NP items later I give you Poofydragon....
It's not the best customization ever, but given the constraints I think she looks pretty good.
I'm glad she's blue, the outfit and the background wouldn't work quite as well with any other basic color.
I have some real cute ideas once you save up some points, but for now this is better than nothing.

I gave you four stars. Like everyone else has said really good work, and much better than I could do, I'm sure.
Lots of really great emotion, an entertaining pose, and some really nice details.
I don't know enough about art to get very technical, but these are the little things that kept me from giving it a five:
- the left ear and the right arm seem off (quality isn't as good maybe? maybe they were rushed a bit?)
- proportions seem a little odd too. I'm thinking it's the clothing that makes it seem that way, but the arms seem a little small and the legs a little short.
- And the hair...I almost didn't post this because I love the hair, the style and shading is really unique and interesting and very much what makes this drawing your own, but I don't think the style that you drew the hair in quite matches the rest of the drawing. I really love the hair though. It's the placein the drawing where I most see your unique artistic style/abilities. So, I'm not sure I would have you change it even though it is a little different.

You didn't give any restrictions, so I kind of went crazy. I think the wig is a must have though, do what you have to do to get that wig on her.
I know there's a lot of NC on there, and some of it's even retired, but I do have some alternate NP or currently available NC ideas if you want them.
I'll be happy to take another look too if this doesn't do anything for you. She was fun to work with; I never realized how tricky Lutari clothing is.

Again no restrictions means I kind of went crazy. You seem to willing to spend and trade NC though, so I figured it would be alright.
I dressed Shuhune up in a costume inspired by the faerie member of The Three. I thought it was a funny nod to her being a Darigan.
Again if this idea doesn't do anything for you just let me know. I'm happy to take another look at her. And I have some additional ideas.

Jubjubs are insanely difficult to customize in the first place, and then if you have a maraquan, halloween or any kind of specialty Jubjub, it's next to impossible. My quick/easy suggestion for you (not know what your NC situation is) is just to add more color, your current customization is a little drab for such a colorful pet.

I LOVE CUSTOMIZING! I LOVE IT! LOVE. LOVE. LOVE.
I'm so obsessed that I've taken to hunting about for random pets that I think look cool and creating customizations for them.
Lately I've seen more and more people asking for help on how and with what they should customize there pet, and I just wanted to offer my services.
I'm sure there are other people out there who enjoy it as much as I do. So if you're at a loss just post your pet here and get some feedback.
Be sure to specify if you want the items used limited in some way or if you have a special theme or requests:
Maybe you want NP items only, to keep PB clothing on, or an outfit matched to a specific item, background or theme.
I'd love to look at anything you've got, but let's try to limit it to one pet at a time. Just to keep it fair.
With the amount of free time I have I can only guarantee that I get to work on about one or two of these a week...
But like I said, I'm sure there are others who would help out. Everyone feel free to post suggestions. This is open to all!

Well like everyone I have tons of goals that would cost oodles of points: gallery, avatars, dreamies, etc.
But my main goal right now is to turn my Biscuit Usul into a Chocolate Chomby, which will take quite some time.
I need a Chomby Morphing potion and access to the lab ray on my side account which would cost about...1,400,000.
Which really compared to some peoples dreams isn't that bad. It's just going to take forever!

I received the code fair and square, but I would have shared it with everyone anyway...it's not like those items were worth so much money that they were going to make me rich, and I think Neopets is about more than points and "winning." I play for the community that I've grown to love, and as such I would have wanted everyone to have access to the loot.
I think it's small and selfish of people to throw a fit about this. No one complained when they released the Burger King codes with all the free wearables and backgrounds, and that was definitely suppose to be a prize just for a limited number of people. Besides it's not like we had to complete a difficult quest or do something challenging to earn that code...just a reward for playing a game we would have played even if we hadn't known they were giving out prizes.
And you could keep repeating over and over again that the code was suppose to be private, but it's like everyone said already, TNT gives out private codes and special secret items to select groups all the time...if they really intended this to be private they could have made it that way...
