Kiko Lake for the Cup 2010! Yes I said it... and hopefully with the help of all you TDN members we can help KL bring the cup home next year (Cough , cough. Hint, Hint.) Very well played this year Krawk Island, but next year it is Kiko Lake for the win!

So sorry DC, was hoping to see you up there in the 4! And also good luck to anyone roughing it out with Kiko Lake in the 4th bracket, hope you put up a good fight!

I've got no problem with KL being in the 4th bracket. I will stick by them until the end. This cup was a lot of fun, I just hope we don't lose face in the finals! :) Shenkuu should have no problem retaining a top four position, although I was hoping DC would make the finals. Good luck to both team here however! And good luck to those who have the opportunity to move up also :)

Kiko Lake.. We have been full of surprises this time round. First to break Vpet's SoSd streak. Then we lose Yyb to Faerieland. Started off the cup with a wonderful win against Maraqua, been a bit downhill from then :P I hope we do make it into group 3, the chances seem unlikely, however.

Way to go Faerieland on your well deserving win :)

Woohoo! We finally made an impact :D We have been steadily going downhill lately, we need this small boost to push us up into the 3rd bracket this year, I hope we can achieve it!

Today was one of the first days I have actually looked at the news... Saw id_24 had won the look up contest and thought "Hold on?" don't I know that name... followed the link and saw it was you! Way to go :)

Oh, yeah that Kiko definitely put me off. I kept going to use him, only to find I couldn't!! - I was thinking we could swap him for our goal keeper, but then again, our goal keepers huge and blocks most of the goal.. whereas the kiko would be too easy to get past :D

I am pretty impatient when it comes to playing the same thing over and over again... I'm aiming for rank 8-10 ... slowly getting there!

I collect Kiko Lake souvenirs! My favourite piece is definitely the team Kiko lake drink bottle.

Well i think the game is more about having fun,ranking up not necessary being in the top 3 teams.

You should join a team because you like them the most,not switching sides to chase the winner.

I definitely agree with you. I supported Krawk Island in the last Altador cup, but the team's boards are never really as friendly as I want. It's all about gaining points and taking part in yooyuball marathons with them! (Not that there's anything wrong with that if you like competition!) But I decided to join Kiko Lake because they may not be the best but they sure now how to have a good time!

And not only that, but Kiko Lake is performing pretty well right now, relaxing in 10th place :)

Oh, I can't believe you forgot to mention Virtupets and their outstanding battle against KI today :)

Also, we didn't do too badly ourselves, we outlived the TDN predictions to beat Tyrannia!

*Sigh* We did our best I suppose, today isn't going to be any easier. Hopefully MI will be a little bit more dispirited from their draw yesterday and we can pull a couple of wins.... at least next weeks line up seems to have a few easier opponents, although our debut match-up with KI is coming on the 8th. Just having a look at who has the worst line-up next week, it's most likely going to be faerieland, they have to play LD, RI, HW, DC, MD and KI next week!

Two main match-ups have me excited today... Shenkuu and RI who both seem to have underperformed so far :( , and HW vs LD should be a fairly closely fought battle as well.

It would appear you have no faith in your predictions for KL today :( That saddens me really!

And as for your predictions around Faerieland and Altador, I'm sure FL has what it takes to do more damage to Altador than you think.

Rant and rave and rant and rave, :D (Sorry about that) , I was wondering if you will have a point system to show the leaderboard?? like 1 point for a yooyuball win, .5 for a draw, .5 for ss, .25 for the other two games... I want to see a clear ladder of the leaders :P

I have seen so many angry people on the Neopets Boards... :P They are upset about KI beating RI.. But congratulations KI!

What surprised me was Shenkuu, they should be well outperforming their opponents, but they seemed to struggle slightly today, They definitely don't seem to be living up to expectations right now!

I've had backwards players... Fast balls.... Crazy super fast players.... But , hey! It wouldn't quite be the Altador Cup Without any glitches, late starts, errors, etc. would it? :P

Well you obviously feel different :D ....But other than that... I have no real constructive advice other than what the above players have said!

I think there are many people who don't have faith in Roo Island, but from what I have been hearing, many of the so called "Freeloaders" have been listening to what everyone's been saying about the "Cursed" cup and have decided to go for last years second place instead. I think if enough of Roo Island's supporters continue to support them, they could do well again this year. I'm glad there is more than one vote for Kiko Lake! Gooooo Kiko Lake!!! :D

I have school all week, and it doesn't help because Kiko Lake's schedule looks full on all week :l I'm going to play late into the night and gather as many wins as possible! And my school still has 6 weeks left, so there's no taking any breaks :(

I shall remain optimistic and make sure no-one else in my household can get on the computer at night times though!

Well it's like real life really... You meet an odd person once and a while. Only I suppose in real life you aren't going to throw a dictionary at them ^ ^ . I generally avoid the boards, the forums on TDN have much more pleasant people. :)
