When you use a VPN or mobile network, you can be assigned a random IP address. If this ip address happens to match one that is used by a bot/shell/cheat account, TNT will freeze your account and will not, under any circumstances, let you have it back. This has been happening to multiple innocent users over the past few months due to "mass freezings" by TNT. Imagine having your account frozen for literally no fault of your own. Hi everyone, My sister's accounts were frozen for "multiple account abuse" but she didn't break the rules. She also hadn't been on Neopets for over a month and was locked out of her side prior to that. I suspect there is something else going on (i.e. perhaps her accounts were hacked). She has been in contact with neopets support but they are not being helpful. She asked what accounts were involved and they said they can't share that info. We're at a loss what to do next. She's had this account for years and put a lot of real-life money into the account. Any ideas are appreciated.
