So, as we all know, you have the option to claim a free NC gift (150 NC) when you create a new account. Can you claim and use that NC on side accounts? Or, would that be seen as unfair?

One of my side accounts was instantly frozen because the name was, for some reason, deemed inappropriate. Can I make another account with a more appropriate name to replace it? Or, can I not? I already have four accounts (My main and three sides), not including the frozen one. Would a new account count as a sixth account? Do I need to ask for the frozen one to be deleted before I can make a new account?
