I finally got the NP back today. I don't know if TNT actually got my ticket or not cause they didn't reply, but the problem's been solved.

I lost an auction on a Strawberry paint brush, but I didn't get my neopoints back! What happened and how can I retrieve my lost money?

I have a baby paint brush that I'm most likely not going to use. I can send it to you.
