Perhaps, then the link on the dailies should be edited to read 'two hours' rather than one?

 

Either way, hopefully December'll be a considerably beneficial month.

The dark faerie asks me for a 'Rainbow Doughnut Charm' and my little sister tries to persuade me not to undertake it as she mistakenly thinks that it's Jhudora. :laughingsmiley:

Of all of the newer colours that have been released, My gut reaction says that Water looks the most promising and that the Swamp Gas one probably should have stayed on the drawing board.

I should mention that I was frozen once before on the same account due to requesting my password too many times. Does this predispose TNT to freeze my account?

Last night, I was playing Keyquest and was about to lose the game that I was playing, despite having more NP than the other person. Suddenly and unexpectedly, my computer got too hot and turned itself off. This has never happened before.

 

This morning, I opened my neomail to see that the person that I was playing against had sent me a message that I was going to be reported. I responded to this message that I had not left because I was going to lose the game, but I had left because my Computer had switched itself off due to Overheating.

 

My question is- Am I at fault here?

I'm looking for a Transformation Potion for my Gelert, Sindavra. Has anyone got any idea of the average price they go for on the trading post, or failing that, a set of the Lab ray map?

I got 2000 from the Wheel of Monotony, a Headless Von Roo Plushie from the misfortune and after deciding to play the Extravagance wheel once, I got the avatar on the first spin.

I won 10K and a Radioactive muffin from the Fruit Machine.

Overall I got 29020 points, but only because I forgot to play in Week 3.

I found an Omelette on the floor in Tyrannia, I find 100NP, I customise my Lenny to resemble Michael Jackson _{(At least in my mind only)}- (Mayeas), Win a Codestone from the Tomb and sell a sofa from my shop for 2000NP. All the while aiming to remake my fortunes again after having forked out for a very expensive item.

As a long time Pet Owner (since 2004), I've noticed trends in 'underrated pets'. Usually this is reflected by what pet gets pounded the most, regardless of names, the amount of times I've seen Skeiths, Grundos, Yurbles and the ocassional Shoyru in there has made me lose count.

 

Yes, everyone wants the illusive pets, the Draiks, the Krawks, the Lutari and the other LE pets. But I've found that I've been able to enjoy Neopets more with my seven pets on my main and spare- My Kougra, Lenny, Hissi, Gelert, Peophin, Ruki and Usul.

 

Besides, I've found out that it's not about whether a pet's underrated or not- it's how it develops a personality as you play with it. :)

I've seen the ads floating around and it, in my opinion, seems like someone's trying to set it up as 'The Next Big Thing.'

I was inspired to surf the pound for a pet for my spare account and found the following:

Cougaretta- Kougra- 67 - 65 - 2.2/2.13

Mayeas- Lenny- 49 - 60 - 1.6/1.9

Rathunta- Hissi- 156 - 44 - 5.1/1.4

Sindavra- Gelert- 67 - 60 - 2.2/1.9

 

 

That's the above chart- the trend is for tall pets, although Mayeas goes against the trend by being smaller, but I love her regardless.

Okay, about half an hour ago, I noticed that my Hissi, Rathunta, has a unique quality.

Being 156cm in height, he is over 3 times larger than a Hissi's Median Height of 44cm, thus making him a giant Hissi.

 

To compare- if a Flotsam averages at 21cm and an Eyrie averages at 160cm, Rathunta is as tall as 135 Flotsams, or effectively, Two Meercas standing on top of each other.

So, does anyone else have any unusually sized pets?

I would like to try for the background, but all the pets I've tried are uninfected. Anyone who wants to can 'heal' my four pets- Cougaretta, Mayeas, Rathunta and Sindavra.

Its a good ending for a plot and also... a good beginning for another plot! The search for the dark faerie statue!

Or possibly the return of the darkest faerie.

 

Is it just me or did it suddenly get colder in here?

Congratulations! What University would you be representing? I was on the team for my college at Oxford a couple of years ago, and we passed the first lot of tests, had the interviews, but then didn't get taken on to go onto the show, because they're only allowed to take a certain number of college teams from Oxbridge, bah. It was quite disappointing, but whenever I watch Paxman reading out those ridiculously long and complicated maths questions I'm glad we didn't get on! Good luck though, it should be fun! You could turn out to be the next Gail Trimble or Alex Guttenplan, hehe :D

I'm going to be representing UEL, a university on the Docklands in London.

The week before Christmas, I received an odd letter in my university's mail box. They wanted applicants for their team for University Challenge, which is a British quiz show on Television for University Students.

So I went to the Student Union Office to fill out their test for the applicants- some questions were easy, like naming the elements in ancient greek and some were difficult, like finding how many jelly beans were in a jar without turning the jar over and counting them manually.

I'm not too sure how many people entered it on the day- but I saw two other people there who are now on the team.

 

Yesterday, I got the reply back. I'm one of five members (Four on the main team and one spare), and I'm the only girl on the team.

I'm not a big fan of Gnorbus. The island and snow colourations are average.

But that one outfit... Is it suppose to be Amish/ Jewish inspired? xD

Plot is ESSENTIALLY over, but not definitely! It did say, "To Be Continued" on the bottom. Of course, knowing TnT, that's just them forgetting to make it say something like, "The End" or whatever. But we probably have one more thing to see: Hanso getting some sort of reward from Queen Fyora. Which probably be where we get our rewards after the puzzles close.

That or one of the villains is going to steal Kreludor.
