I came back after 13 years... took 7 days to be able to create an account, and the site is so laggy that it's virtually unplayable. Can't say I'm impressed so far... just disappointed.

Does anyone know if there's scheduled maintenance soon? I came back to Neopets after 13 years and I've been trying to make an account for 6 days now... every username is taken.

I've been trying for 5 days to make an account at Neopets but it says literally every username is taken, no matter how gibberishy. I checked the website for a contact e-mail but they only list their legal department e-mail and nothing else unless I'm logged into an account. :(
