Today I finally fed my first kad! And then an hour later fed my second :happydance: 2 down 73 to go!

I'm actually pretty excited for this! Here's hoping it fixes the lag! Only problem is what am I going to do with myself for those 12 hours :o

I've hoarded ever since day one... You just never know which items you're going to suddenly need or which are going to suddenly skyrocket in price (like during the charity event).

Two things:

1) Random avatars that have eluded me for years

2) Lack of plots!!!

 

Seriously, I feel that I'm a fairly patient person... even all the lag hasn't really bothered me much... but it's been so LONG since we've had an actual plot :(

Uggg, so many random ones that I've been trying for YEARS to get... Mutant Graveyard, Lever of Doom, Snowager, Wheel of Knowledge... But apart from those, Extreme Herder... How is that one POSSIBLE?!

I would either buy a few of the more expensive snowglobes for my gallery or maybe put it towards an eventide paintbrush.

I collect plot and site event books. It was something I started way back during the LD plot thinking, "One day I might be able to sell these for a lot of neopoints..." But now I'm way too attached to my collection to ever sell :P

I was having the same problem yesterday after withdrawing some neopoints from the bank... I just waited a few minutes and when I came back everything had sorted itself out. Not too terribly annoying unless you're trying to snipe something...

WOW, I got my first food club win today... 230k neopoints! :dance: I never really noticed the food club until a couple days ago...

Definatley an Eventide Eyrie! That Eventide color is just so amazingly beautiful and I've loved eyries ever since I started playing 11 years ago...

Yes, the two were most definitely related. I had socked away so many plushies, which I had gotten from the battledome, tyrannian skeith plushies, tyrannian acara plushies, and maraquan shieldmaiden plushies. My purpose for socking them into my SDB was originally for the rubbish avatar, but when the charity corner event came around, I had about 30-40 of each plushie, many mallard balloons, which also skyrocketed in price, as well as other r90+ toys. I was able to make a nice profit. :rock:

 

Me too!! I've been doing the obelisk war every week and just stuffing all the plushies in my SDB... I ended up with a couple hundred of each plus about 50 each of the koi warrior plushies... I loved this event :D

I just recently made it to almost 50 million thanks to the charity corner event. Maybe it's just the afterglow, but I finally feel like I'm at least wealthy. I feel like there's different levels of "richness", rich, very rich, and filthy stinkin' rich (over 250 mill :P )... That last one is the one I'm aiming for now :)

Can I spend it all on ETS items to resell later and keep the money? :P

 

Joking aside, I'd probably try to buy paintbrushes/transmogrification potion for the avatar pets I still need and then work on my snowglobe gallery!

I love reading too, mostly fantasy. And my whole family is way into geneology. It's super fun, especially when your line suddenly connects into royalty.

Been on neopets for a long time, 11 years, and have loved it the whole time :D I love, LOVE, LOVE plots and events, especially if there's a lot of puzzle solving to be done! My favorite thing to do in between plots and other site events is to hunt avatars. I'm currently sitting at 314! I also have 63 trophies, 35 of which are from site events.

 

Outside of Neo I love reading and am working on writting a book of my own. It seems more of a dream right now, but I'm hoping someday I'll finish it :P I'm also currently majoring in computer sciences.

 

It's currently 9 degrees fahrenheit outside my house, but I'm curled up next to a warm fireplace. It doesn't get much better than this!

 

Hope to get to know everyone here better!
