I think I might look to see what NC I have on my sides before deciding. I think some of it might be near expiration, but I'm not sure how to check that without waiting for a notice. Is that even possible to do?

Hover over the NC Mall link near your username, click on transaction log. You'll be able to see when you last brought NC/redeemed a card. :D 

As for the BGs, I am in love with the rainbow one. Brought two, and then one each of the others. Using one of the rainbow ones as a temporary custom for my Hufflepuff pet. She's currently gone a bit Slytherin.  :sad02: The other rainbow one is going to go a side account for my rainbow draik because it's just so perfect for her. I've struggled so much with finding the right custom for her. Basically, her name is is a feminised form of the Quenya word "Ilweran". Quenya is one of the Elvish languages that Tolkien created. Ilweran was a rainbow-bridge created by Oromë for the Valar to use to pass between Middle-earth and Valinor (this being after Valinor was hidden). Most of the rainbow items I find too garishly for her but this is utterly perfect. (And it also frees up my Cloud Castle BG for my grey cybunny who desperately needs one)

I've just got to restrain myself from going onto DTI to do a new custom for her because I really have got to finish off 4 other pets first!

Saw this thread again and thought I would pop back onto pottermore for the first time in a few months to double check what my wand was. And also to duel and do potions because Hufflepuff is always at the bottom.

But it looks different and I can't find where to sign in! What's happened? I want to do potions! I can brew some polyjuice this week.

It looks like it's gone forever! I had the best username ever as well! ThornWolf81. Wolves are my favourite animals and 81 is my lucky number so that was the perfect username! I got in during the beta period! So many days of trying and then I finally managed to find the magic quill and sign up! 

Well this sucks. Alternity has finished and Pottermore is no more. 

I give up.  

I knew I wasn't going to be any good. I'm left-handed (not easy for games that use the arrow keys because they're on the right), I'm on a laptop with a rubbish trackpad and although I do have a mouse I can plug in, I'm only sitting in a chair, no desk, so can't use it. Then on top of that, I'm dyspraxic. 

It's why I never really play any of the games because they're all impossible. 

Oh well. 

Did the 5 games challenge. For the first time ever the premium charm decided to double my NPs. On a game that I got 6nps for. 

I got the NC ticket pack so really, really hoping that's just going to stay as just playing the games, rather than requiring a certain score for. 

I'll just do the easy challenges. That is, until one of the prizes is an awesome wearable, in which case I'll probably end up spending hours getting frustrated at not being able to get it. 

If one of the snow prizes ends up being totally awesome, I'm going to be so annoyed at picking fire.

Yesterday was Air so abandoned. 

My last un-customised pet Corchion needs to be made pretty and I was hoping you lovely people could help me out. :D 

His name means raven so he's going to be painted shadow but I'm finding pteris near impossible to customised. Then "why is a raven like a writing desk?" popped into my head and it's just a perfect theme for him.

Ha ha!!! Someone sent me an FQC yesterday while I was trading on the boards and didn't ask for anything for it; neomailed the user, but haven't heard back yet.. Opened it though *lol*; first quest today was Air, meh, but did it anyway.. Back off to the boards for some trading myself, need to get some Hijinks Mallets..

First off I have to say that all of your customizations are absolutely gorgeous. The cloud castle looks sturdier but the mist looks really good with your clothes. If I were to choose one I would go with the grey cybunny and blue mist, but that is just my personal preference :3 For me, the grey cybunny is just neutral enough that the clothes seem to compliment and give more of a color pop to the whole outfit without over powering the pet. And with the magical markings it looks sort of like silver

The more I look at them, the more I'm liking the mist too. The cloud castle one is just too busy. I think I am going to go with grey, I've always wanted a grey pet and the facial expression just fits perfectly with her name. I just get swayed by more expensive colours but really I should have learnt my lesson from my previous FFQ (my stealthy draik has just been painted gold and I'm a lot happier with her). 

I'm just going to wait until I've got all the items, then I'll paint her.

I've been playing around on DTI for the past few evenings and come up with a custo that I really like. It involves spending 130k but it's worth it.

I decided against the tears because I love the dyeworks magical markings. 

But now I can't decide between stealthy, water or grey. I also can't decide between having the cloud castle background or strange blue mist. 

So firstly, do these look good or are they horrible? I love it but I'm worried it's a bit too garish. Secondly, which colour and should I go for cloud castle or blue mist?

As I was doing this, I realised that silver would work nicely as well. I have a silver paintbrush in my SDB so I could use the FFQ for my other pets. Actually, the one I was going to paint brown would really be better as halloween but brown's cheaper (she's a werewolf from the Discworld books.) Although, I could just hold out for another FFQ, I've got lots of cookies.

Got three pets left to paint. 1 shadow, 1 brown and 1 undecided so going to use the FFQ for the one I haven't decided on. 

So Nírithil needs a custo! :D Her name roughly translates out as "moon tears". 

Got the changing moon contacts from HH today which are perfect for her! 

She's currently a Cybunny. I would like to keep her as a bunny (hare - moon association) but it's so hard to customise them because of the neck fur. I know that some clothes actually get rid of the fur when you apply them on neo, but on DTI the previews don't get rid of the fur so it's hard to plan. 

I'm thinking I want her to be grey. I've always wanted a grey pet. Also, as I want the contacts and tears facepaint, grey is best because they're always sad, so it fits best. 

But I can't find clothes for her, so wondering if anybody would be kind enough to help?

Keep forgetting to log my new cookie. Have abandoned soup at least twice, abandoned water yesterday and can't remember the rest. I don't use the FQCs for training (I don't battle). I use them in the hope of getting this!

Got a few things I want sold quickly. 

Robo Grarrl Plushie. Lowest price on TP was 750k, I've put 700k in my wishlist as a ballpark figure. I am willing to go quite a bit lower as long as it sells. 

Rainbow JubJub Plushie. Lowest price on TP was 250k. Again I've put in 200k as a ballpark figure. Will accept lower. 

Finding Illusen. Lowest price on TP was 375k. Again, I've put 300k as a ballpark, will accept lower. 

I've also got a Strange Pinanna  (gourmet food!) which I've currently offered on a trade. If they don't accept it, lowest price on TP currently is 190k, I'll put it up as 160k as a ballpark figure. 

I would prefer pure on all but willing to accept ETS items from TND members.

I have horrendous skin. I have the fun joy of having PCOS, which means I have acne all the time. I also work outside so can add awful dryness to the mix. No, I don't wear suncream, I know I should but I have no time to put it on. 

As for my skincare routine, I have none. Every few months I decide that yes, I should start taking care of my face more (even though there's no real point, it's one ugly mess even if my skin was clear) so I'll spend about 3 days washing my face twice a day and apply stuff. But then, as always, sleep becomes far more important and I'd rather stay in bed longer in the mornings then get up and wash my face. As for the evenings, even just making myself go for a shower is an effort. I've spent many a half an hour sat in my room contemplating just how much effort going for a shower is, before I finally summon up the energy to go get one. Having to add the effort of doing my face and applying stuff is too much. 

I can't even be bothered to use handcream before I go to bed, and I really should as my hands are dry and cracked and painful. But I always forget. 

Yeah, really wish I'd just gone for it and got enough for the gold. I want that background. There's no prices on the TP but in the auctions there's two neofriend only auctions, one has just sold at 23m, the other current bid is 25m. There's two open auctions with it going for 50m. 

Really should have gone for gold.
