Hey everyone. Has anyone else seen the Retro Rainbow Purse in the NC Mall yet? I've been (obsessively) checking the Mall for days now and haven't seen it at all. I've been dying to get my hands on it! I know I could just trade for it, but I don't have any NC items that would be "good enough" to trade for. How does the release of new NC items work?
