I have both codes, but can't figure out where to turn them in.

Ian is MIA because the meepits captured him to hand him out for halloween. But tehn the meepits lost him, because he was fighting them (he's immune to their hypnotiziation) and he is trying to find his way back. but then one of his angry co workers (they want wages...) found him and is holding him captured because they won't let him go until he agrees to give tehm wages. which of course he won't, because we will find him before then.

The file extension is ".wmf" which stands for "Windows Meta File". So I'm guessing no, it doesn't affect Macs. It's a security vunerability that was made public by Microsoft and has really been the only one they've been stumped on. However, they did release a patch for it some months ago. So, if you're up to date on your Microsoft Updates, all should be well.

btw i don't think it has to do with sloth, i think that people are just running with that. i'd ignore it, cause every anogram or wahtever they call they try to do, something is used twice (either captain, or chef)

Altador: The Archivists' Room. Behind him is a map of Neopia, specifically the lower areas. The map is behind the broken meepit, if you look close. Right above the icecap is an X, right below the estimated spot of Faerieland. If you look at Hoban's map, the same spot is marked. Maybe Hoban and the Lenny, both excellent *underline that* mappers, know this certain spot... Where Hoban fell perhaps?

Does anybody know if they have meerca transformification potions?

I'm 99% positive, cause I think i've seen mutant meercas before.
