I've been locked out once, and the only way that helped me is to send a ticket to tnt (received a response after approx. 3 month)
The first thing I suggest is to send them a ticket, then ask people on the board. You should know why your habi got locked out so it might be easier to resolve it

a UC Maraquan Gelert, with the following mini-goals that will help me get there:
- 20 million NP in the bank (so I can offer a 10-15mil custom and not be totally broke afterward)
- getting my BD pet to level 250 and at least 1000HSD
 
+ defeating the Space Faerie in the BD
+ getting my second BD pet (the one I'll still have once I've traded the 1st away for a UC) up to 600ish HSD for personal battling use
