Perhaps you should try a different browser? Are other pop-ups working fine?

I don't know about other pop-up elements in Neopets, but it works when I go to another browsers. I use Google Chrome normally and I have Adblock and an extension, though it did not interfere with clicking on my inventory items until recently and I dont recall changing anything about it. I went to IE and I was able to click on them...though IE is kind of crappy...

 

 

Try pressing Ctrl when you click on an item. If it works then, it means you have a pop-up blocker preventing the window from opening.

I tried it and it did nothing unfortunately :/

 

 

Alright I left my Adblock enabled but I disabled Adblock Plus for Neopets and that let me click on my items while still blocking ads for a moment...but I interacted with an item that had me refresh the page and now it's not working again... -sigh- frustrating.

 

 

okay now it's working again...even after refreshing...for now at least, I interacted with the same item (it was a plushie, I played with one of my neopets at first and they didn't like it lol...I played with a different neopet and they liked it) and it worked...

 

However when I played with the plushie with the first neopet pet, the one that didn't like it, it refreshed and once again I could't click on stuff...

I have to disable and enable Adblock if I want to click on items again after that...

For the past week or two I have been unable to click on any of my inventory items. The rest of Neopets works just fine and other websites work as well. However whenever I go to my inventory and move the mouse over an item, the mouse arrow will change to a hand just like normal, but when I click nothing happens. Nothing pops up at all no matter how many times I click. I have tried clearing my cache and history just in case but it didn't help. I have to buy stuff to keep my money under 3000 so I can feed my pets, but it's getting tiresome and I have food I'd like to feed them.

Any ideas? Please.
