Anyways, I got a Battle Faerie Quest:

 

The Battle Faerie appears before you. "Neopian, I need your aid. My spell lacks Gluten Free Snack Basket."

 

Getting the battle faerie is pretty lucky as well :)

Unfortunately, the item was just released 2 months ago. And it's r94. There is no time limit for a Faerie Quest.

Just keep finding in the TP and Auctions. You're bound to get one soon. Or you could try getting it in the Magical Bookshop, but unfortunately, the last restock of that book was 17 days ago.

You also need to beat avid restockers and auto buyers if you want to get the item in the Magical Bookshop..

 

Wow, thanks for all the info. At least I know there is hope that I can still complete the quest! Btw, how did you find out that the book last restocked 17 days ago? I'm glad I know now because I don't want to waste more time refreshing that shop.

Well I got my first FFQ ever (was starting to doubt I would ever had the luck of coming across one). But unfortunately the item she wants cannot be found anywhere! Please let me know if anyone has a 'The Guide to Facial Hair.' And also, do you know how much time the faerie will give me to complete the quest and what I should do in the meantime?
