  2. Hi,

Was wondering if anyone knew how to uh, 'talk' to their petpets and get them to respond? Meaning respond in a responsive way. Not just oogle their eyes or shudder or look away or whatever. And specifically, respond to the Neotrak! Supposedly the Neotrak according to Neopets' description, will fetch anything your pet wants. Well how do you get it to do that?!!

I've looked everywhere I can think of possible, including Google searches, but I just keep getting a petpet description! Does it even do anything??

    Thanks to all!!

  3. Once you get an avatar, it's permanently yours! (Except for a VERY few that you can lose like the Count Von Roo Avatar)

So you can bless a Shoyru on your account whether you created or adopted it, then send it to the pound and the avatar stays with you.

There's a lot of different pet avatars that require various species so it would be almost impossible to get them all if they go away whenever that species goes away too!

    Hope that helps ^^

Yes, it definitely helped! Thank you. (Here are more words so I don't get bumped lol)

i personally adopt pets for avvies it reduces the amount of junk pets floating around neopets, actually once i have some nice painted pets and my bd pet i'm going to start adopting and then zapping them so they get adopted easier

I agree and I will adopt every one I can because I also don't want the extra 'junk' pets floating around. Thanks for the reply!

  4. Does anyone know if you get a new pet either by creating one or adopting one in order to get an avatar, then get the avatar, then put the pet up for adoption, will you lose the avatar? For example, I have two pets and don't want any more, but in order to get the avatar 'Bless you, Shoyru', I have to have a shoyru pet and bless it with a faerie. If I ever do get another pet, I want a blumaroo!

    Tra la la (thanks!)

  5. I haven't found a mall yet that lists the battle faerie as one you can click on for quest items, so can someone please find me an Industrial Steel Harp with the shop wiz? Thank you! This is my first battle faerie quest!!

  6.

Thank you so so sooooo much!! As for before 150, lol, I debated it but kept pressing on. It was kind of like knowing I should stop and ask for directions, but just can't! Thank you again!!

  7. Will someone please, please, PLEASE help me??! I need "bubble power" for the water faerie. I have searched high and low, through over 150 shops, the auction genie, the trading post, and the book shop and I have never (outside of expensive items) had so much trouble finding something that seems so simple! I have even gone back through this post and clicked on links for other users' requests of water faerie items, to no avail.

Thank you whomever, one or all, so much!

  8. I'm glad to be a member here! TDN is the one place I go for help, or game guides, or avatar chasing (as a matter of fact, I only got the avatar itch after visiting this site)! I have been reading TDN content for about a year and a half, but have had a neopet for a lot longer. I did a take a multi-year hiatus from neopets, but have come back and have a lot of catching up to do still. Without TDN though, I'd be lost!!

I look forward to interacting with many other great neopets owners!

    Thanks,

    Dan
