Hi everyone. My name is Kolya and it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance. I'm relatively new to TDN's forums, although I'm quite the patron to Neopets itself. I've been playing since I was ten or eleven years old and will soon be turning twenty-one. Although I've taken a few hiatus' from the site, I find myself returning out of random spouts of boredom and falling quite in love with it again.

I live in California, although I have dual American/Belgian citizenship and am currently attending the local university. As you can probably see, I'm a huge fan of the 60's. I often times feel out of place in this era. Having lived through the 60's-80's would have been ideal, but alas, I'm stuck here and trying to make the most of it. The internet is rather snazzy, though, I must admit. I consider myself genderqueer and of a queer status and am an advocate for equality of all people. I do not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, erotophobia, or bigotry of any kind and will actively stand up against this.

My musical taste ranges from classic rock of the 60's to glam and glitter of the 70's to new wave and synth pop of the 80's. I don't know much about the current music scene. As for movies, I adore cult and underground flicks such as Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Rocky Horror, A Clockwork Orange, Wristcutters, etc. etc. And finally, literature. I suppose my favorite authors would have to be Neil Gaiman, Oscar Wilde and Chuck Palahniuk. I'm so original, eh?

I am a child at heart and love to explore. My hairstyle and color tends to change monthly. You name it, I've had it. I'm also quite addicted to body modification, meaning piercings and tattoos. I currently have 16 piercings and 5 tattoos although more will be added soon. Just in a bit of a financial rut at the moment considering I'm one of them fancy starving college kids.
