The items were lgeit and he didn't get frozen for that. He got frozen for buying items that were obviously illegit.

ONE person c-floured a UC Darigan Krawk, and now everyone is scared that they'll get hit by it. THE CHANCES OF IT HAPPENING TO YOU ARE VERY VERY LOW. If you have a baby pet no one is gonna ge you because there's no points in doing it. I'm surprised at the amount of people who don't want any BD. IMO it was the best part of TFR AND it had only one glitch, which I know the puzzles had more than that and they were more repititive

There's a ton of people who are under 13 and have a FB. And you really aren't supossed to be on FB or the neoboards if you're under 13

Really the major requirements for this position is someone who plans to be online and available at midnight NST during the whole cup.

 

If you are over 13 years old, you should have access to all parts of Neopets. Some countries don't have access to the NC Mall, but that would not be a big deal for that position.

 

 

 

I'm on at midnight everyday, and have plenty of time to do the predictions. I'm just not 13.

I would join TDN is I was old enough. I love this site and the AC coverage, it's my favorite of all the help sites.

I don't use it as much now, but it did teach me a lot

I like the fish thing the most. BUt I probably won't ever buy one.
