The one argument that convinced me most was about the profit percentage. Yeah you can buy more with the same amount of money but truly the goal is to make massive profit and so buying high but not having as much profit as buying low is a waste.

I've been doing stocks for years now so I'm actually pretty good at it. I buy at 15ish and sell them when they hit 45 and the ones I know to tend to go up to 60 at 60. I make great profit even though it can be rather slow. Yet, it's still faster than the interest @ bank :P

I love using the stock market to make NPs but I've so far only bought stocks at 15NP a share. Recently, I've been noticing that the KSON stock is always higher than I remember. I remember a while ago seeing it in the 800s and now its over 1000NP!

 

So, is it worth to buy into a share that's so expensive? Does it ever go down drastically?

 

Is there a place where someone has kept tabs on it? Maybe that way we could figure out it's worth in general.

The thing I'm wondering is if it's possible to exchange my NC items for NP... I know TNT doesn't want us to but I don't want to just give away some 400 items I paid for, I'd like to have a little compensation but I'm not interested in getting other NC items for them...

The avatar they made for this is absolutly hilarious :P and it makes an easy one to get for me! yay! So they anounced a new gameroom thing this morning but I still don't see the difference. Also, when does game galore start? They said it would last all week but it ends on the 4th which is only in 5 days and it's not available yet....

I am nervous as I am on the last 24 hours of Plushie Tycoon game for this month and my store has sold no plushies today I am waiting for this so I can load the final jobs from my warehouse to get to above the required score needed for the avatar and trophy( and more important to me the avatar)

 

Oh wow, it would really suck if you lost every effort you put into this because the site is having problems :(

 

Question, anyone know when TNT is going to fix this.

 

I'm sure they're trying their best to make things work but it's not always simple.

 

You don't get frozen for doing jobs at the employment agency as the daily maximum is 10 per pet.

All I'm hoping for at this point is that the problem will be relatively fixed by tomorrow! Not having habi or games for a day is pretty bad, I don't know if I can go without it for a second day.

 

Speaking of technical difficulties, didn't neopets have an episode not so long ago where the whole site was practically down?

Yeah, all these problems adding up sucks for us but imagine how much it sucks for them! We just sit here and wait while they're probably going crazy over there :P I'm terrible at coding but from my understanding it seems that they tried to add a new code or change one and it messed up other things. It's comparable to a wooden bridge where one of the support beams broke down and now the whole bridge is wobbly. It might also be that their servers are getting too old/too crowded.

yeah I agree that the colouring is absolutly amazing! It's also in a colour scheme that I happen to really like. Dark purples and blues with creams and a touch of yellow/orange.... LOVE. My hubby asked me what colour scheme he should use on his models for his dwarw army and I said you have to make it purples and cremes so he did :)

 

Anyways, I'm willing to sell it for 500k any day until it goes over the 800k mark, so if you're interested in purchasing it, let me know!

So, I held on to my Faerielands Destruction Background and it's now estimated at over 350K and I'm even seeing people asking over 500k for it. My question here is do you think it's price will climb more and more or that it will eventually die down again? I personally don't want the background as I don't do customizations but I do want to make the most out of my participation to the plot!

maybe also the day of the week, week of the month, day of the month, etc. is something to add into the possible factors as well :S It might also be possible that it's like the magma pool where you have to do it during a certain time of day and that time is different for everyone.

 

As others have said, I rather just wait and see if a solution is found before randomly deleting stuff.

I just found out TDN had avatar lending and I already applied for the last item I was missing for an avatar. Now, I started looking into pet lending but I'm not sure where to find how many transfers I have available. Also, I've been a member of TDN forums for quite a while but never really posted since I was never on till just recently. But, I have over 200 avatars. So can I still be part of the chain ending program or will I be limited to certain ones for a while (till I get more posts and/or more avatars)?

Yay! I've been wanting to get the chokato avatar for ever! Hopefully, you can keep up with the demand a little better now and don't feel as swamped :P
