    Neopets Games Not Working

    I'm sorry that I don't have a solution for this, but I've been having the EXACT same problem!

    AdBlockers haven't worked for me, and it's meant I haven't been able to play any of the Altador Cup which really sucks :(

     

    Commenting here so I can keep track of this, in the hope that somebody has found an answer :L

    I have read all of the previous posts, but I'm a bit tired so please excuse me if I'm asking questions that have already been answered!

     

    Background:

    I've got the game on my iPhone and after a few hours of trying it skipped the provider error and let me log in. When it eventually let me log in it said something like welcome to Neopets? or something similar that made it sound like I'd just joined Neopets! I keep checking and I'm deffo logged in with the same account on the app and regular Neo, but I haven't received any Neomails, presents, or neopoints?

    I've got three stars on all levels up to level 16 if that's of any relevance.

     

    Questions:

    - Do you have to link the app with Facebook to get the things? Or is just logging in with your Neo account sufficient?

    - What message did everybody else get when they logged in the first time?

    - Are you enjoying the game? :P

     

    Feel free to ignore any silly questions that have already been answered, I'll have another look through tomorrow to pick up on what I missed :)

    Wow, it's lovely to see that you've managed to make a career out of it! Is that something you actively sought to achieve, or did it just happen?

    My nice DSLR broke at the end of my photography A level so I've been out of practice for a couple of years, but I've just bought a basic Nikon D3300 to play around with - so far it's very different from my previous choice of Canon, but I wouldn't go back!
    Do you have a preference of Canon/Nikon/Other brand?

    Looks like I'm going to go with re uploading the image under a different name and either saying 'glape' or using the word raisin :/

    Glad I'm not going to have to completely exclude those items :D

    Really hope it's something they fix at some point!

    I'm finally at a stage where I'm ready to make The Muffin Directory petpage, updating it from the temporary one I created a couple of years ago. Since creating the page the word 'Grape' has been filtered meaning there are a couple of muffins and descriptions I will no longer be able to mention! I've already had to withdraw some np's to buy the offending muffins on my wishlist so that I could update it again :(

     

    My question is - is there a way around this filter? Has anybody got any creative solutions for this, or am I just going to have to exclude anything grape flavoured?

     

    (Apologies if this is the wrong section, although there is already a thread listing all the banned words, there was nothing saying how people had got around it!)

    You played both games every day, right? Sorry if this is a stupid question. I ask because the prizes you got would be at the level of people who completed 5-9 challenges, and someone who played one of the two games each day would have completed 7 challenges. I could see how someone might have gotten the impression that the games under Lulu's picture were for her challenge. But yes, definitely send in a ticket if you played all 14 games. Even if you missed a release day, you should have received 4 prizes.

    Thank you, you've clarified where I went wrong! On day one I attempted both challenges, after achieving above the qualifying scores for each one I had only unlocked AAA's prize so assumed the game challenge was Lulu's NC thing! I didn't bother attempting the challenges after that because I didn't see the point :L

    I have no idea what happened with my Game Challenge score - I assume I just did something silly and it didn't send properly :/

     

    Oh well, always next year!

    I couldn't afford to do any of the NC challenges, however I did complete all of AAA's challenges on the day of release. I got AAA Meatloaf and AAA Handheld Plushie - to have received better prizes did I need to have done something else? Or are the better prizes purely for those who did the NC half?

    (Not trying to sound ungrateful, I'm just curious!)

    I've been trying to get the Kiss the Mortog avatar on and off for the last couple of years, yesterday I finally saved four princes in a row!

    I didn't realise you have to click collect winnings on the fourth Mortog, so carried on and didn't get it :(

     

    Nearly had a mega face-palm moment this morning too! I don't have a clue which daily it came from as I'm usually extreme unlucky and don't tend to even look at what I win any more :L Thinking it was just a normal plushie, I nearly donated my magical pirate krawk plushie - literally noticed the second before I hit submit!

    Thank you both so much! I love the suggestion of the cosmic space leggings, they're cool and glowy!

    I'm prepared to spend whatever Neopoints are needed, it's just the NC stuff (particularly the retired things - couldn't find the basic purple gloves in the NC Mall!) that I have trouble getting hold of :(

    I originally tried to recreate this charming look, but only the wax lips seemed to fit :L

    The elegant jubjub tiara looks best to me, I wanted the christmas star decoration until I tried it on and couldn't get rid of the tinsel!

    I also keep contemplating the star necklace, but the chain just looks so... ehh...

    This is close to the outfit I originally had picked out until I realised it was comprised mainly of NC items!

    For a while I've been attempting to come up with a Lumpy Space Princess themed customisation.

    At the moment I'm considering painting Liariea to create a purple jubjub as that looks the most lumpy to me! However I'm stuck with the actual customisation!
    I've been playing around on Dress to impress and have come up with two outfits that I may be able to achieve - (The only NC items I'm able to obtain are those I already own from RE's or the Scenic Purple Dusk Background which I may consider buying if it fits the theme.)

    Neither of my attempts are very good! I'm hoping one of you lovely Neopians might be more creative? Any suggestions are welcome!

     

    My main goal is to find something to cover the feet to make them purple, and find something non-NC, or easily obtainable to act as her yellow star!
