Can I ask how long you waited untill they replied?
I have been waiting for almost a year now without them even replying to my ticket :O

I have waited so long I have just about gave up hope and started working on my new account...

I put some up todayyyy. Also poked TNT AGAIN about my missing lending items. It seems they've stopped updating facebook, so I haven't been bothering to post there... sigh.

I noticed on Facebook they also closed the post for followers/visitors to post :(

Hopefully you will have your answer soon, but they are really horrible at replying. Been waiting for an answer to my ticket since 12th of december :(

Well, I had 211 on my original 12 year old account but I lost access to it :(
Have now started building a new account and are currently at 184.. 
I just dont seem to have the same gaming skills as I did as a kid :P
