her name is ashacai. i'd really appreciate it if someone could hold her for me

my brother put my grundo in the pound :\ i want her back, but i don't know what to do. when i go to her lookup it says she's in the pound, but when i try to find her she isn't there. i think it's because she's level 8 and my account isn't 4 months yet.

any suggestions for what i could do?

I'm applying to adopt a neopet. i've never done it before so i'm not really sure what all i should include in the app. i've read all the rules multiple times and i've started on the app (it isn't finished yet) i was just looking for a little feedback.
