Okay, so I finally decided to make an artistic contribution to the team. :P As some of you may know, the only art form I'm not completely hopeless at is writing.

 

So yeah. I wrote. The following is basically an opening chapter to a TURBULENCE serial, setting the scene and introducing the first member of the team.

 

Anyway, without further ado: *commence Mission Impossible theme tune*

I want to do a drawing as well, just for fun ;:D BTW You have to submit the comic Tivsy and we should try to convince TNT to make it a showcase or just put it in the NT. Most of us players that keep Neopets going understand that kind of stuff anywya :yes:

Some notes:

- I had forgotten Emma's age (if it was mentioned, I apologize ^^; ) so I made a guess.

- AA has told me that Osway is a Techo. So here we have a nicer version of Dr. Death. :D Yay for Mr. Osway!

- I got too lazy to draw the rest of the car. :P

- I know that it says that Osway looks in the rearview mirror to see Emma. But I already had a closeup of his eyes. So I went with the over-the-shoulder.

 

No idea on the next drawing. Next week is EXTREMELY hectic for me. :O

TURBULENCE

The daring detective team of four

TURBULENCE, they're called;

Travel 'round Neopia with one quest:

To have criminal intents stalled.

 

Mia, the thoughtful, observant one,

She's really one great ally

Try outwitting her and you will find

There's more to her than meets the eye.

 

Kawinly, the Shoyru, may be small,

But there's more to her than her face;

Get on her bad side and you might find

Your body a painful place.

 

Stalker, the Grarrl, with omelettes in his paw,

Loves to raid the pantry.

However, don't undermine his power

Or your fridge'll soon be empty.

 

The Neo King may look quite grand

Dressed in all his fine attire;

But weapons are hidden all over him -

Goo Blaster, Amulet of Fire!

 

The four of them against the world

With all the criminals in play

Can they do it? Will they win?

Yes or No? You say!

xD Great artwork everyone! And since my TURBULENCE story has no chance of ever making it into the NT, I think all of your work would be a great way to introduce us to Neopia! :D

 

The comic captures the intended essence of the scene beautifully. :yes: And no, I don't think I ever mentioned Emma's age.

 

As for the poem... well, it's stuck in my head now. That says it all. :P
