Do you suddenly get neopoints if you've invested in stock in the stock market because i've noticed getting random little points here and there and some are inexplanatory :questionmark:

I don't think so. You can only receive NP from the stock market when you sell some of your actions.

Isn't it random events? Neopian lottery? Other contests like Lenny Conundrum, Mystery Pic, etc.?

Did you play "hidden NP sponsor games"? The NP from hidden NP games aren't granted when playing it, but some minutes or hours after.

I think you got the extra neopoints off of something else. The stocks only give you money after you sell them.

I've used the stock market religiously, and not gotten any extra neopoints from it, so I surmise that firetail and Ithil are correct in saying that the NP probably came from somewhere else. Most likely, if there was no random event, it was from an NP hidden link sponsor game type thing.

I can confirm that using the Stock Market does not make random neopoints appear. It's most likely either some random events you missed, or the NP coming in from the hidden link sponsor games (as mentioned earlier).

Then again, if it IS some unexplainable NP appearing in your account while you use the stock market... and nobody else is getting it... maybe you should just take solace in the fact that you're special.
