Cant get star map to plot anything

Hey guys, i need a bit of help. I have read all these forums for solutions but nothing has worked. I have tried TDN's star plotter and the alternate website and it wont work. Is there any more tips because I have cleared the cache and everything.

Well what error are you getting exactly? Do constellation finders reject your star data, or is your star data page blank for some reason?

The alternate site says bad star data.....the one here on tdn just plots nothing and i never saw an error message. I copy and paste the data from the page correctly it just hates me, ha.

Hmm... okay, could you post your star data here for us to take a look at, just in case something's messed up (perhaps with your browser's rendering or whatever)?

Well it's odd, but I'm pretty sure that there's a little section at the end of your star data that's missing... does the telescope work properly?

yeah the telescope works fine. So you guessing that i might just have to do the constellation finding the long and hard way?

Well manually searching can be fun at times, but hopefully you won't have to go through with that if you don't want to... it might just be an unfortunate glitch. Which part of the plot are you working on now?

Okay, well there is one thing I forgot to suggest - have you gone over all the previous steps (janitor, archivist, etc.) to make sure you haven't missed anything? For most of the steps, you do need to visit them to get the star data updated. :yes:
