Stuck at part 10!

I have tried, multiple times, at each shop, also, to find the libra. I calculate my neopoints correctly, sometimes I refresh, and sometimes I leave for a half hour, and go and try again. It won't work, no matter what I do. Help! :grrr: :grrr: :grrr: :grrr: :grrr: It's making me crazy!!!! :S

Some time the percentage changes everytine you refresh it. Check again if you have the correct amount of NP when you refresh it. I also had that problem.

Have you made sure that you neopoints is exactly 100 x the iinflation rate for each of the shops when you go in. Each shop will have a different inflation rate and you have to adjust your neopoints for each shop before you go in. The libra should then show up on an item in one of the shops.

I haven't seen any of the items at all. I started this plot a few months ago and I am STILL stuck here. It's a bit frustrating. I'm not sure what to do now since I can't find the items. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Any ideas?

Try making sure that the amount of NP you have on hand is exactly 100 times the inflation rate at the time you go into each shop. There are different inflation rates for each shop, and the Libra will only turn up in one of the shops, so if it isn't in the first one you try, go look in the others. :)
