I would like some comments of my new UL

I thought it was about time that i changed my UL from that dull default one. But since im a newbie to all that coding stuff, it took me quite a while to get that far. So if you wanna, feel free to check my UL. My UN is the same here and on neopets.

Well in my opinion, it's alright. It's a bit bland and the main menu links don't work (although the ones that pop down from them do), but it's pretty good for a beginner. I definitely think it's better than the default UL.

 

With that being said, it's much better than anything I could do. If I had to rate it, I'd give it a 3.5/5

Aww *cry* I thought i had checked it all. Omg i need to make another code *yawn*. My head is spinning lol.

Im pretty proud of my self because its my first try and i didnt just choose a premade - not that theres anything wrong with premades :)

 

Edit- Actually it does work, just press a bit out of the side of the button.

Edit again- A great guy on neopets helped me with finding the right code to delete so it works as supposed now :D

I agree, nice start.

It's not aligned on my monitor, but that's probably because i have a widescreen.

If anything, I would suggest fading the background image a little so the text is easier to see, and perhaps coding for borders around icons (Neomail, Neofriend, Avatars, etc.) to tidy it up a little.

Hmm... yeah it is not alligned on my PC neither, but not sure why that is. Don't ask me about coding etc have no idea but looks pretty good :)

Well we have some coding experts here on the forums as well, so you could always ask around if you wanted some help. :yes:

 

I would suggest changing the fonts a bit to better suit the colour scheme you used. Other than that, I like the general look and feel of the UL. :D
