I know that you could get different stat boosts if you go at different times,

and i was wondering,

if you need to go at say :05 for a boost, does it mean any 5 secs of the hour like 5:36:05

or exactly 5 second past an hour like 5:00:05?

 

and do you need to click it at the time, or have the page reload at that time?

please help me :eh:
