Rainbow paint brush: go here, the Rainbow Pool and you can view either all the colors you can paint a pet, or all the pets that come in a certain color. The Rainbow Paint Brush makes pets rainbow-colored.

 

The rest... I haven't used them. I've just sold them, sorry. I'm sure someone else will be able to help.

The treasure map pieces, if put together, reveal some kind of hidden treasure(It's random), but to access the petpet lab, you need to have access to the secret lab first. ^_^
