From what I've seen this forum looks great so I decided to join. I've been playing neopets on and off for 3 and a bit years now so i'm pretty experienced. But to get to that page all you need to do is click "Overall top 20 posters" which is located just above the "Users Online" section. You'll find it next to "Today's top 20 posters".
