Hey! I'm from Canada and i tried to get my free neocash and i know about the glitch. It said i already got my neocash but when i looked there was nothing there

I'm assuming you made a typo, so just to clarify, 'gray' is the American spelling of the word, while 'grey' is the spelling of the word that the rest of the world uses. :yes:
