The correct link is http://www.neopets.com/evil/showcreature.phtml?pos=7 which brings up Jelly Chia's profile and gives you the challenger. A lot of sites have this mistake (I've been trying to get Jelly Chia for awhile now!) Neopets must have rearranged their links or something!
