So, after seeing this, I quickly got them, and thought that I should inform you all of this. They can be found here ->> http://www.neopets.com/weather.phtml?world=10 What needs to be done is once you go there, just keep refreshing until they challenge you. I believe this is an all day thing, so maybe it should be added?
