Can't find opponent

I want to go one to the third opponent in DoN1 and second opponent in DoN2, but the places the battlepedia says to look aren't working. They're not popping up like they're supposed to.

 

Have the locations changed, perhaps?

for the cave chia, you have to refresh, just hold down the f5 key for a while, and have your challenger list in a different tab or window, refresh your challenger list after holding the f5 key on the other page,

 

for eyrieki, just click on any door (door, not passageway)
