PM any answers you have to me so that you do not spoil the riddle for others. You can ask me questions and help each other to solve the riddle here. I will eventually give out slight clues. The answer to the riddle is one word, and all letters are in CAPS, also there may be one symbol. This is where helping each other will be effective, so you can see each others ideas and use them to try to get the proper answer.)
