Okay, you should notice a clear problem.

 

IE Users, 2 plays smoothly but slowly, 1 plays quickly and poorly.

 

Firefox users, both play at nearly the same speed but 1 is poor.

 

IE has a limit of 10 frames per second for gif animations. I have been trying to reduce 2's frame count so it would play on IE at a good speed. 1 plays at 8.33 frames per second with 6 frames. 2 plays at 25 frames per second with over 70 frames.

 

If you know a better way I can reduce the frame rate but not the quality please tell me!!!
