Izzy Posted January 19, 2008 Posted January 19, 2008 Lastnight I was in the middle of a roleplay and I pressed refresh and I suddenly got the log in page. I made sure that the address was www.neopets.com so I decided to log in. I entered my password (Which contains only one number) and I got the security Chia that says "Change your password" I went to the help section to change my password and when I tried, I got the log in page again. I really cannot log in! What should I do? I entered my username in the "Forgot password" section and I went to my email (Yahoo!) and I cant even log in to Yahoo! Is this possibly a computer problem? Or is the internet just talking the day off? (Besides here, that is.) It happened to my sister as well. Please help me. :crying: Much Thanks -Izzy
Zac Posted January 19, 2008 Posted January 19, 2008 I would guess it's some internet security setting... try deleting your cache, cookies, and temporary internet files.
antiaircraft Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 From what I can see, it seems like a problem with your browser's handling of cookies and login sessions... if what Zac suggested doesn't work, try restarting your computer and if all else fails uninstall and reinstall your browser.
Strategos Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 When you try to login to Neopets, can you get to the password page, or does it just say that you did not enter a username?
