Strategos Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 It's that Tarla, but the only way you get to her prize shop not the mystery bag shop is by clicking on the flashing alert button and following the link. The button will only flash if Tarla feels like handing out something, so it's random. The more you're on the computer, the more likely you'll see it blinking. Quote
