We are around on the ALP and have already helped 30-or-so people get the avatars they wanted this year. Hip hip horray! But we've found that new people to the ALP don't know what to do! So we set up a page on TDN called the ALP Procedure. There, it outlines the basic ALP operations used to lend you an item. Follow that and you can't go far wrong, really!
