To celebrate my b-day i have quiz for you out there, just for fun!! :laughingsmiley:

Two sons, two fathers, one grandfather, and one grandson went fishing. Everyone caught a fish, but only three fish were caught. How is this possible? :laughingsmiley:

They tossed the fish back in after they caught them. - There were only three fish in the "pond". - So therefore since they tossed them back in, they re-caught the same fish.

Am I correct?

I think Aangs answer is correct.

There are two sons, two fathers, one grandfather, and one grandson

The people are the son of the father (grandson) the son of the grandfather (father of grandson and son of grandfather) and the grandfather (grandfather of grandson and father of grandson's father)

Grandson: Son and grandson

Father: Son and father

Grandfather: Father and Grandfather

From this can you see two sons, two fathers, one grandfather, and one grandson?

Therefore there is only 3 people there and only 3 fish caught!

I hope you can all understand my crazy ramblings (by the way, I didn't look this up or copy it from a website, this is just my answer)

Loocem's answer seriously made me laugh for some reason. xD

I might have to save that somewhere. :P

But Aang's answer seems the most logical.

And I thank DjTom for the clarification.
