Sending items

How do you send items to other people?

Go to your Inventory, click on the item, Give to Neofriend, type their name into the field/select them from the drop down menu, submit, profit.

 

Note that they have to accept it on their end, too. =)

Do you need to be 13 or over or need to have neofriends to do it because I still can't do it.

You do need to be 13 or over to have Neofriends, but I think you can do it just by typing the username.

From a quick bit of research, it seems that you have to be 13 or over to send items.
