New shoutbox rules

Hello everybody,

 

Please take a look at our new shoutbox rules here. :) We've noticed recently that the shoutbox is becoming increasingly spammy. So to curb this, we've laid down a few new rules. Take a look and abide to them as they are going into effect immediately. b) Responding "I didn't know!" when you're warned isn't a legitimate excuse!
