Lose to Punchbag Sid when battling with your active pet. You'll know that he's there because Punchbag Bob's difficulty level will have gone up from 0 to 100. Update: Sid is no longer in the battledome, you will have to check back at another time to attempt to get this rare avatar.

I myself saw it on the boards, At the time, i was helping TJ bu scouting the boards about the new potions, so I looked through trades, BDC and help.
