This isn't exactly on topic, but anyway:

 

1) Go to your preferences here.

2) Scroll to the bottom of the page.

3) You'll see options to have your PIN emailed to you.

no that's not what i mean i mean i can't find the button you are talking about in the pin preferences i tried contacting them but it says i need a valid e-mail theres no were to put my email those this have anything to do with being 11 years old

There should be a section at the bottom of the page entitled 'Retrieve' with the email stuff under it. If there isn't there's something weird going on.
