Ian is the one who gets the affiliate requests, depending on how long ago you sent it, he could just not have had time yet. If it has been a while, I suggest you sign up for the forums and creat a topic/PM Ian about it, or if it has been a long time with no response, send the request again (only if you're sure it meets our requirements.)
