smumpkins
Recently, my father had surgery. I became so worried about his well-being that I started to get seriously stressed out. It got to a point where I just broke down and I couldn't respond to even the slightest of things. I'm still trying to recover, and a good way for me to do so is to use the shoutbox here. With all the conversation, it makes it easier to get my mind off of things. If anyone has any advice on how to better handle this, I'm more than willing to hear it. fun_time_mathias
Reach out to friends and gradually resituate yourself to social events, it helped me a lot after my manic bouts of depression to have friends and teachers to turn to and get back to normal with.
