Awesome_Paul
I just used an IP thing, to find out where my IP is from. And apparently, I got back that im located in the US (california, when I live in the UK) Can anyone explain this. Did a hacker change it or something, If so, is there a way to change it back?? smumpkins
If it says that you're using a proxy, it's probably either a glitch with the site, or a setting on your browser. It doesn't matter what it says you're located at. Essentially, as long as you're online, there shouldn't be any issues. You could try setting your IE back to its default settings, if that's what you're using.
Matt
Randomly tells me I'm in California when searching my IP address sometimes, but with any site with regional settings, it puts me in the UK like it should. :) As long as it doesn't cause any problems now, I don't see any problems occuring in the future. smumpkins
The only real way of checking to see if that's the issue, would be to have a couple other people try it out. I volunteer, if you'll provide the URL. :glasses:
