The Gems of Irria II

Big thanks to Princess Ruto for the original RP that started back in October, and ended in February. So, here goes nothing...

 

Oh, and before I forget:

 

I, Princess Ruto, on the day of August 16, 2007, hereby give you, Foxy!, full permission to create an Irria board that can contain all characters, items, settings, and plots.

 

Plotline: From the land of Irria, a powerful force makes its way to planet Earth, waiting to be discovered. The power comes in the form of six gems, each with its own element: fire, water, air, earth, light, and dark. The one who finds one of these gems gains its power. Once all six gems are found, the holders are then transported to the magical world of Irria. When the gems are combined, only then will their true adventures begin...

 

Pick a gem that your character will discover in the list below. I'll list the color of the gem next to its name. Once a gem is picked, it can't be picked again. Simply saying, no two people can have the same gem.

Oh yes, before I start my part, let me just get something by: We need 6 Rp-ers, so space is limited. If you're going to post here, you MUST be active. This is a roleplay where ALL of the characters are needed. So please, DON'T post unless you plan on being active. If you don't post for a while after you join, your spot can be given to someone else. Oh, and anyone that was in the original RP, you can join in again and use your original character, if you'd like. But if you were not in the original RP, please, please, please don't use a character from the original GoI. That is all.

Description: Quiet, but outgoing when around people she knows and trusts. Brown eyes, brown hair, short-ish, small for her age, strong, enduring, very smart, and bookish.

Gem: Earth (Green)

Other info: Has a mysterious knowing of things she sometimes shouldn't, and people she's never even met before always tend to think she's pretty smart.

 

Sara turned the page of the book. She had read it many times, but wanted to read it again, as she did so many other books. She just seemed to pick more things up if she saw then multiple times. The blazing summer sun shone behind her as she lay in the hammock in the woods behind her house. She was alone, as usual, but she felt that somehow, today would be a bit different than any other day. Silly, she knew, for it was pretty much as ordinary as it could get, as far as days went...

John sat in his room "What to do today" he said to himself, "I can't go outside but I can sneak out" he said as he dropped out the window.

The sun was low, and Sara's book lay on the ground beside her as she jolted awake and fell out of the hammock. As she looked around, she realized she had been asleep for a few hours, at the least. She looked at her cell phone. It had no missed calls. Good, I can get back home without another lecture about wasting all my time reading..., she thought. As she picked herself off the ground, her hand brushed a dead leaf. Her hand warmed, and the leaf turned spring green again. She jerked her hand away, shocked.
