Difficulty Configuring Custom Domains in TDN

Hello

I’m running into an issue while trying to configure custom domains in TDN. After following the instructions in the documentation; the domain doesn’t seem to connect properly to my TDN site. I’ve double-checked the DNS settings and ensured that all required records are added, but the custom domain still doesn’t resolve to my TDN platform.

I’ve tried clearing the cache and even waiting for propagation, but the issue persists. I’m unsure if I missed a step or if there’s a specific setting in TDN that needs to be configured to make this work. Has anyone else faced this problem? I have checked https://docs.transcend.io/docs/articles/consent-management/reference/custom-domain-alias-MLOps documentation guide but still need help. 

If anyone has successfully set up a custom domain with TDN, I’d appreciate it if you could share your process or any troubleshooting tips that might help resolve this issue.
