Rishi Posted August 10, 2023 Share Posted August 10, 2023 I recently created a thread in which I could not send scores - there would be an error message prompting me to restart the game. Recently, I have been receiving a new message which says the score was submitted successfully, but no neopoints were gained and the score was not recognized by the system either. Screenshot below. Is there anyone else having issues sending scores? I've tried having neopets in another tab and refreshing every time I'm submitting a score. To no avail. I really hope someone has a solution to this. Emailed neopets twice about this issue; have yet to hear back from them. Thank you in advance!
